Commercial Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Operations function, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial Operations Manager in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Commercial Ops Manager in maintaining our CRM (HubSpot) and ensuring all sales data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Champion the use of CRM to the sales team, promoting best practices and maximizing output.
- Work closely with the Commercial Ops Manager to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director, maintaining reports and databases within the CRM.
- Develop and recommend improvements to current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Commercially minded with data expertise and experience in sales or sales operations.
- Excellent English language skills and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM is a plus.
