Care2Succeed is a national training provider specializing in the training and education of those within the Health and Social Care sectors. We provide comprehensive training to staff teams within care units based across South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and Northwest regions.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Assessor to join our expanding team in ROTHERHAM. As a Compliance Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare; Children and Young People's Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications. You will work across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including children's homes, residential family centers, and supported living accommodation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assessing qualifications in Residential Childcare, Children and Young People's Workforce, or Management and Team Leading
* Working across various Health and Social Care settings
* Collaborating with staff teams within care units
* Utilizing comprehensive training and education to support learners

**Requirements**

* Relevant work experience in the Health and Social Care sectors
* Full driving license with use of own vehicle and ability to travel to services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands, and Northwest regions
* Comprehensive salary contributory pension scheme

**Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Checks**

Care2Succeed uses the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to make checks at an enhanced level on all persons whose work or proposed work will involve regular contact with or working in close proximity to children and vulnerable adults in the care units our learners work in.
