Join our dynamic team at AXA Operational Services as a Supplier Relationship Manager. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Head of Operational Services and take charge of the proactive oversight of key vendors that provide essential outsourced customer communication services across all AXA UK Business sectors. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing future transformation capabilities aimed at enhancing, digitizing, and automating services in compliance with regulatory standards.

In this position, you will spearhead a cross-functional team to define and implement business strategies related to both inbound and outbound customer communications, as well as drive innovation throughout the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective delivery of vital business capabilities.
  • Facilitate future business transformations by evolving services provided by third-party vendors in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners and local teams to enhance value, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting capabilities are in place.
  • Act as the central point for coordinating transversal transformation initiatives.
  • Uphold group standards concerning outsourcing practices.
  • Oversee contract management, ensuring that services meet contractual obligations and managing any necessary changes.
  • Conduct supplier management in accordance with AXA's risk and control framework, ensuring compliance with security, data protection, and legal requirements.

As a candidate, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in executing comprehensive supplier relationship management with both internal and external vendors.
  • Significant experience in managing outsourced suppliers within a commercial financial context.
  • A solid understanding of the UK outsourcing landscape to shape supplier relationship strategies that align with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Ability to navigate a complex global organization, effectively managing and influencing various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting strategic and operational insights to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
  • Robust change management abilities that foster continuous improvement and identify mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Analytical proficiency.
  • Experience in contracting for complex and significant service provisions.

As a prerequisite for this role, candidates must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
