Job Title: Postal Delivery Driver

Location: Stirling

Contract Length: Temporary - 8 weeks initially

Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour

Working Hours: Various

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and collect post/parcels to be delivered from the local delivery office.
  • Use a hand-held device to capture customer signatures for deliveries and navigate your route.
  • Walk at least 8 miles per day, carrying a bag that can weigh up to 16kg, delivering letters and parcels, with parcels weighing up to 20kg.
  • Drive and deliver on foot, pushing/pulling a trolley during deliveries.

Key Skills:

  • Valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Previous delivery or driving experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • A commitment to safe and responsible driving practices.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
