Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing a safe and efficient delivery and pick-up service to our customers, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain assigned vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all necessary safety standards.
  • Provide a reliable and courteous delivery and pick-up service to our customers, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with the collection and delivery of 'dirty' trolleys from hospitals and clinics, and the return of 'clean' trolleys with sterilized trays.
  • Carry out other packages or goods between hospitals or units as required.
  • Assist with the maintenance of good working relationships with all customers, internal and external to Circle Health Group.
  • Contribute to the promotion and maintenance of Health & Safety at all times.
  • Wear the company uniform as provided and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid driving license for the UK with a clean driving record.
  • General qualifications required are a willingness to learn/develop and be flexible at all times.
  • The ability to undertake lifting duties as required.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good level of general education.
  • Flexible and approachable.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • 3 years driving experience, 3.5 tonne vehicle or higher weight vehicle preferred.
