Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Manage the processing of monthly and weekly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all payroll compliance requirements are met, including statutory deductions and HMRC submissions.
  • Year-End Activities: Lead on all year-end activities, including payroll reconciliations and submissions.
  • Payroll Projects: Deliver on payroll-related projects, improving processes and efficiency.
  • Benefit Schemes: Manage benefit schemes and associated queries, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Team Management: Daily management of the payroll team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have proven payroll management experience and a strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance. You should be a skilled communicator and team player, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
