Eastern Logistics is seeking a qualified Class 1 driver to join our team. As a Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for operating a designated vehicle and transporting goods across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a Class 1 vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
  • Transport goods across various routes, adhering to traffic laws and regulations
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods, meeting customer expectations
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 1 license
  • Current CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
  • Maximum of 6 points on your driving license
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Benefits:
  • Night out pay: £25 per night out
  • Designated vehicle for operation
  • Minimum 10 hour shifts
  • Shifts available Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts available at enhanced rates
