About the Role:
The Head of Project Execution and Delivery will be responsible for managing our extensive project portfolio, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and achieving financial objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of major projects, translating strategic directions into actionable initiatives.
- Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate with business leaders and influence key stakeholders to ensure project alignment and visibility.
- Project Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations throughout project execution.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to forecast revenue and manage project costs.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead an international team of qualified engineers and project managers.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related fields.
- Certifications: Certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI, PRINCE2, or similar.
- Experience: Extensive experience in managing complex engineering projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
