About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and profitability.
  • Manage stock levels, operational standards, and GPhC (PSNI) standards.
  • Collaborate with Regional Healthcare Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the pharmacy.
Requirements
  • Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist.
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy.
  • Strong leadership qualities and commercial acumen.
  • Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximise profit through the achievement of targets.
