Job Title: Transport Shift Manager

ArrowXL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transport Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Transport function, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of skilled service delivery crews, First Line Managers, and Team Leaders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of skilled service delivery crews, First Line Managers, and Team Leaders to ensure efficient fleet utilisation, resource planning, and cost control.
  • Take lead for legal compliance and safety, identifying opportunities for improved efficiencies within the Transport function and recommending and implementing changes where needed.
  • Responsible for the resourcing, development, and management of all colleagues within your team, ensuring our service delivery crews are fully trained in all areas, particularly driver CPC, service delivery standards, and product installation.
  • Make prompt decisions that protect customer service and our delivery schedule, while remaining commercially focused.
  • Manage on-site resources (colleagues, vehicles, and equipment) to ensure we have everything required in the right place at the right time to meet and flex to our Customers changing needs.

Working Hours:

  • Rotating AM and PM shifts, 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00.
