The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lettings Associate to join our St Albans team. As a key member of our lettings department, you will play a vital role in driving our success and growth. Your primary focus will be on building market share in a competitive environment, while maintaining exceptional client relationships and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate lettings contracts with clients and tenants
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants
  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Attend viewings and negotiate offers
  • Prospect for new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy lettings environment
  • Proven track record of success in negotiating lettings contracts
  • Naturally compliant and organized individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain focused
  • Engaging and charismatic personality
