JGA Recruitment Group Ltd is partnering with a well-known food retail company to find an Employee Engagement Partner.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in employee engagement, with knowledge of delivering engagement surveys and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee experience surveys to drive engagement and retention.
  • Partner with customer experience teams to enhance the employee experience.
  • Participate in regional L&D initiatives to develop employee skills.
  • Develop and implement change management plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partnering teams to drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Deliver training to enable managers to enhance employee experience.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and employee engagement.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
  • Experience in Qualtrics and/or Perceptyx is a plus.
