A prominent insurance organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Administrative Manager to become an integral part of their dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will serve as the primary support within the office, engaging in a variety of responsibilities that encompass office management, personal assistance, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, including supplier management and process optimization.
  • Coordinate and maintain executives' calendars and appointments.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and necessary documentation.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by managing social media platforms and assisting with website enhancement and branding strategies.
  • Ensure compliance and manage facilities effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in managing and refining operational processes, demonstrate proficiency in client interactions at all levels, and have a desire to contribute positively to their next organization.
