As a leading provider of property refurbishment services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced multi-skilled tradesperson and project leader to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled tradesperson with a strong background in property refurbishment and a proven ability to lead a team. The role requires a balance of supervisory duties and hands-on work, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take pride in producing an exceptionally high standard of work
  • Oversee and participate in day-to-day project activities, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met
  • Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
  • Manage project materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly

Requirements:

  • Must live within a 20-minute commute of the designated area
  • Skilled in carpentry, plumbing, and tiling, etc.
  • Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom installations for at least two years
  • Ability to manage projects and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills with manager, team members, and customers
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Structural work experience an advantage
  • Good selection of own tools
  • Full valid UK driving license

What We Offer:
