Position Overview:
TristoneNash is collaborating with a distinguished social housing organization in search of a Customer Housing Operations Manager.

Contract Details:
- Duration: 12-month fixed term
- Remote Work: 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 8 professionals, including housing specialists.
- Inspire and guide the team to provide exceptional housing management services.
- Address a variety of inquiries related to tenancies, successions, tenancy modifications, fraud, anti-social behavior, lettings, and revenue collection.
- Ensure the achievement of team KPIs and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Customer Services Management Centre to ensure the appropriate handling of complex housing inquiries.
- Conduct staff evaluations and support the training and development of team members.

Requirements:
- Access to a vehicle and a valid UK driving license.
- Proven experience in team management.
