Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their insurance programmes reflect their appetite for risk.
  • Provide solutions to mitigate exposures and ensure clients' insurance programmes are comprehensive.
  • Support less-experienced colleagues, including helping with programme design and accompanying them to renewal meetings.
  • Work closely with the Branch MD to influence the future direction of the branch and help with insurer relations.
  • Develop an understanding of the company's full suite of products and put clients in touch with colleagues from specialist teams to maximise revenue.

Requirements:

  • Experience in corporate or large commercial insurance broking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Articulate and polished communicator.
  • Ability to develop an understanding of the company's full suite of products.
