Position:
Permanent, Full-time

Compensation:
£25K per annum

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to become an integral part of our dynamic team at The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage various responsibilities related to the handling and organization of goods within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently receive and unload shipments of boxes and pallets.
  • Inspect, unpack, and verify all incoming goods for any defects, damages, and accuracy of part numbers.
  • Accurately count inventory and update records to reflect received items.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and shipping labels are correctly applied.
  • Organize orders and shipments in designated dispatch areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
  • A valid Forklift license or the capability to operate a forklift is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong computer skills for managing inventory.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in work output.

Working Hours:
