Retail Store Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Audio Visual store in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing staff skills, and ensuring the store runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage store operations, including stock, staff, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
- Maximize sales potential and profitability by identifying opportunities and implementing effective strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail store management, with a strong background in sales and customer service.
- Knowledge of Audio Visual products is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with a proven track record of sales success.
