Position Overview

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to assume the role of Sales and Customer Support Supervisor. In this pivotal position, you will lead a talented team of Sales Executives, playing a vital role in surpassing our varied business goals across multiple channels while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction in all operations.
  • Guide and motivate the Sales Executive Team to optimize sales through our online platforms, phone interactions, and email communications.
  • Oversee the team in providing outstanding service and order assistance to our clientele.
  • Ensure precise management of orders and returns.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retail to execute sales strategies across retail channels and at external engagements.
  • Build and nurture relationships with our Shop's customer base, focusing on the Top 20 Accounts.
  • Work in conjunction with the MRE, MRM, and KAM teams to capitalize on commercial opportunities.
  • Provide performance updates to the Head of Retail and the broader Logistics UK team regarding commercial outcomes, service quality, and operational insights as necessary.
  • Partner closely with our Fulfillment Partners to guarantee accurate order processing and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support other key stakeholders within the organization with relevant information and initiatives to drive sales and safeguard profitability.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in B2B Sales is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong numerical skills coupled with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Organized and professional, confident in managing personal and team schedules.
