About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders, and managing customer queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and grow revenue
  • Process customer orders and manage customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
  • Conduct on-site visits to schools and educational institutions to assess their needs and provide solutions
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to showcase our products and services

Requirements

  • Strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to remain professional in a competitive marketplace
  • Knowledge of computer network systems is a plus, but training will be provided
