Position Overview:

As a vital member of our Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service across all dining venues, including our restaurant, bar, and event spaces.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain efficient service timelines.
  • Uphold and enforce standards related to food safety, brand guidelines, inventory management, and occupational health and safety.
  • Oversee Food & Beverage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster strong relationships with guests, remembering their names and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Address guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Monitor inventory levels and equipment supplies to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Ensure smooth communication and handover between shifts.
  • Take on Duty Manager responsibilities as needed.
