Actuarial Pricing Specialist - Bulk Annuities

Oliver James is partnering with a leading bulk annuity provider to find a skilled Actuarial Pricing Specialist to join their DB Pricing team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in BPA pricing, experiencing record results and year-over-year growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering new business quotations, populating and running pricing models to calculate premiums, including data manipulation, assumption setting, and calculation of all associated pricing metrics.

Key Requirements:
  • Part or qualified FIA or relevant experience in DB pensions/pricing without the desire to study
  • Experience of working within DB consulting from within a reputable pensions consultancy or BPA pricing
  • Sound knowledge of technical actuarial concepts, particularly principles underlying bulk annuity pricing
