Primary Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Gartree, a category B men's prison in Leicestershire. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to prevent hospital admissions and provide excellent patient care.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver a nurse-led service, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, and attend emergency response situations.
- Assess patients, undertake reception screening, and use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse-led clinics to your patient group.
