Your Role at Signature Senior LifestyleIn the capacity of Regional Admiral Nurse, you will be instrumental in guiding Dementia Care Managers in the application of the My Life Strategy.
Your active involvement in clinical environments will foster awareness, provide actionable solutions to families, and advocate for exemplary practices across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform specialized nursing evaluations and deliver interventions and support to families, care team members, and individuals living with dementia.
- Assist Dementia Care Managers in implementing the My Life Strategy to guarantee outstanding dementia care.
- Create and present educational initiatives for care team members and families affected by dementia.
- Engage in the formulation and assessment of dementia care methodologies.
- Provide bereavement support to families and residents.
Access pertinent training and advance your professional journey in accordance with the Admiral Nurse Competency Framework to refine your skills in dementia care.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:- Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN.
- Experience in dementia care and a commitment to improving the lives of those impacted.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
