About the Role:

Intec Select is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Power Platform.
  • Lead upgrades and migrations from legacy technology to modern cloud services, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to clients' operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Present solutions and progress reports to clients using clear and concise written and oral communication.
  • Design, test, install, and monitor systems during the project phase.
  • Prepare documentation and present progress reports to clients following implementation.

Requirements:

  • Strong capabilities in Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Intune/Autopilot, and on-premise technology.
  • Basic knowledge of Power Automate (Power Apps, Power BI) is a must-have.
  • Virtualisation (Microsoft Hyper-V / VMware) / Failover Clustering is a must-have.
  • Exchange Server / Office 365 and associated e-mail protocols is a must-have.
  • RDS/Terminal Server.
  • Firewall configuration / troubleshooting (Checkpoint/ WatchGuard / PFSense).
  • Layer 3 switch configuration (HP Procure / Dell).
