About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join our team at DS Recruiting Services. As a Groundworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing commercial groundwork schemes in and around Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise groundworks teams on commercial projects
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor and control costs, materials, and labor
- Develop and implement health and safety procedures to minimize risks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- SMSTS certification and first aid training
- Experience in groundworks, roads, and sewers, drainage, and concrete works
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read drawings and complete material take-offs
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software
