Jackson Hogg Ltd is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support the growth of our pharmaceutical company in Newcastle.

This role is a key part of our dynamic team, responsible for overseeing the entire logistics and supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies, managing relationships with carriers and team members, and overseeing inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure efficient flow of goods
  • Manage relationships with carriers and team members to coordinate inbound and outbound goods flow
  • Oversee inventory management and accurately record stock levels for suppliers
  • Develop strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiency

Key Behaviours:

  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Awareness of the Falsified Medicines Directive (FMD)
  • Strong team work ethic with the ability to plan your day and own workload
  • Experience of a minimum of 3 years in a logistics environment
  • A full clean driving license is required
