Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of claimant serious injury cases, primarily focused on road traffic accidents, with values ranging from £150K to over £10m.
  • Provide exceptional client support to individuals who have faced traumatic and life-altering incidents.
  • Assist senior attorneys in leading and motivating the team.
  • Conduct regular technical and case assessments, offering constructive feedback and mentorship.
  • Engage with clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
  • Analyze evidence and research legal matters related to liability, causation, and damages.
  • Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and loss schedules.
  • Facilitate early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation services.
