Job Title: Emissions Service Manager

At Score Group, we are seeking an experienced Emissions Service Manager to join our Emissions team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in valves, emissions management, and gas turbine solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Emissions Elimination (Leak Detection & Repair) program in Europe & Africa, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regional industry standards.
  • Develop and implement business plans to maximize profitability and expansion into new markets.
  • Manage the Europe & Africa Emissions working group, ensuring collaboration with other business units and the technology team.
  • Oversee the Emissions Profit & Loss account, financial reporting, and key objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on financial performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage the production of marketing collateral and conduct business development to grow the Emissions business.
  • Supervise the E&A Emissions Team, scheduling activities, and managing customer relationships.
  • Manage all aspects of the team from an HR standpoint, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Continuously improve the LDAR program through best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, NDE, or related field.
  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in associated field.
  • Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent general management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
