Exceptional Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in Westbury, Wiltshire. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents and supporting our care staff in providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
  • Provide guidance and support to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Requirements:
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in a care home setting, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
