Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are always clean and well-maintained, and that our guests have a memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Servicing of Guest Rooms: Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, and are well-presented and maintained.
  • Supporting Hotel Operations: Work closely with the hotel's management team to ensure that all aspects of hotel operations are running smoothly.
  • Leading the Housekeeping Team: Lead and inspire the housekeeping team by example, creating an environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Training and Development: Take a hands-on approach to training and supporting the housekeeping team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Overseeing Hotel Areas: Oversee and check the cleaning and servicing of all hotel areas, including public spaces and guest rooms.
  • Partnership Development: Work with the Head Housekeeper to develop and maintain partnerships with external housekeeping providers.
