Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assembly Fitter to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for assembling electronic key cabinets and locker systems, building wiring harnesses, testing PCBs with pre-built test rigs, deploying software onto machines, and commissioning them.

Responsibilities:

* Assemble electronic key cabinets and locker systems
* Build wiring harnesses
* Test PCBs with pre-built test rigs
* Deploy software onto machines and commission them
* Stock control using the company MRP system
* Document control
* Quality control
* Defect analysis

You will also have the opportunity to work on installation projects on client sites, including car dealerships and national fleet operators, and participate in test house project management and processes for EMC, Electrical, and destruction testing to ensure compliance with UKCA, FCC, and CE regulations.

Requirements:

* Must have a UK driving license
* Must be able to move parts between sites from time to time in a company van
