Role ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the management team.
As a Duty Manager, you will assume full responsibility for the store during the absence of the Deputy or Store Manager.
Your involvement will encompass all aspects of store operations, including recruitment, inventory management, and maintaining store standards.Your Store Manager will empower you to drive your team towards maximizing sales and achieving performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will lead by example with a proactive approach.Inspire your team, foster a fun work environment, and create an exceptional shopping experience.
We will equip you with the training, skills, and knowledge necessary to deliver customer service that aligns with our vision of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'.

Ideal Candidate Profile- Proven experience in the retail sector with at least 6 months of hands-on supervisory or management experience.
- Adaptable. Given the dynamic nature of retail, you should be willing to work flexible shifts across a 7-day week.
- Passionate about retail with a track record of achieving high standards and excellent results.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills to motivate and engage your team.
- Prepared to undergo 6 months of industry-leading training covering essential aspects of the role, including pet handling, customer service, and health and safety.
