The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Roofer to join our Living Space Responsive team in the Skelmersdale area. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our social housing partners to deliver high-quality roofing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake repair and renewal roofing works to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with the scheduler, residents, and line manager to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with technical and legal requirements of the roofing trade.
- Collaborate with other operatives to complete repairs and projects efficiently.
- Complete work sheets detailing work undertaken and materials used after each job, via a PDA.
About You
We are looking for a skilled Roofer with experience in the housing maintenance sector. You will have relevant trade qualifications and a full UK driving license. As a successful candidate, you will be an effective communicator with the ability to problem-solve and multitask.
