Sales Progressor

We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Progressor to join our clients busy Estate Agency team. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing the property sales process from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.

• Sales Progression: Oversee the sales process, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers.
• Client Updates: Regularly inform clients on the progress of their property transaction.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that arise during the sales process, such as legal or financial delays.
• Sales Support: Occasionally assist Sales Negotiators with tasks like property viewings and coordinating with photographers.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within an estate agency is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the property sales process and related legal requirements.
