The practice is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive experience for pet owners.
The veterinary team is the largest 'unit' within the practice, comprised of experienced and dedicated professionals who work together to provide comprehensive care.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with surgical procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced veterinary nurse to join a thriving practice and take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Assist with surgical procedures, including preparing patients, maintaining asepsis, and providing post-operative care.
- Contribute to the overall success of the practice by participating in team meetings, providing input on patient care, and suggesting improvements to processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pet owners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Final year veterinary nursing students are welcome to apply, and the practice is open to nurturing and developing talent.
- Experience in a veterinary setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
- Full private healthcare from day one of employment.

- 20 days of annual leave per year, rising to 28 days with service, in addition to bank holidays (plus the employee's birthday off if it falls on a workday).
