About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Novanta Inc. in Taunton. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Operations Leader and senior site managers to analyze financial data, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements.
- Develop and implement financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Support factory operations by evaluating financial data related to production, costs, and efficiency.
- Drive automation, simplification, and process efficiency throughout the cost accounting and finance processes.
- Research solutions to improve inventory accounting and management processes.
Requirements
- CIMA or ACCA/ACA qualification required.
- Expert experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
