Senior Litigation Paralegal Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our successful and friendly team at Keoghs. As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you will be working on the defence of litigated motor cases on behalf of a wide range of Insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own case load of pre and post-litigation defender motor files
  • Adhere to court deadlines and manage files in accordance with court timetables
  • Instruct experts and work with Counsel to achieve successful outcomes
  • Carry out detailed reviews of medical records and negotiate settlements
  • Liaise with clients, other insurers, and third parties to ensure effective communication
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Experience in Litigation and Insurance, ideally with a focus on Credit hire, personal injury, and counter fraud files
  • Ability to organise and prioritise tasks using initiative and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
