We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at PRS Recruitment Services. As a key member of our hospitality recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing temporary and permanent candidates within the Education and Healthcare sectors of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a successful and profitable recruitment desk, focusing on temporary and permanent staffing within hospitality and contract catering.
- Identify and engage with potential clients and candidates, building strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating successful placements.
- Evolve existing work and relationships, finding and developing new clients and connections to drive business expansion.
Requirements:
- Strong industry knowledge of the recruitment sector into hospitality, with a proven track record of success in recruiting for temporary roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
