Mimecast is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Tax Analyst to support global tax initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager of International Tax, the Senior Tax Analyst will focus on executing international planning and transfer pricing policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor permanent establishment positions and document existing positions
  • Manage applications for certificates of residency for non-US entities
  • Research global legislative and regulatory changes
  • Be the main contact for external service providers
  • Advise on tax considerations for geographic expansion plans
  • Coordinate non-US tax matters on cross-functional initiatives
  • Prepare tax rate forecasts and assist with Country-by-Country Reporting modelling
  • Oversee global transfer pricing calculations
  • Manage special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of tax experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledge and experience in international tax
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Desirable: ACCA or CPA qualification
