About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Desk Clerk (Distribution & Recycling) at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of transport services to our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and produce regular reports to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential delays
  • Oversee the activities of drivers and recycling contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administration and data analysis in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late nights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
