Job Summary:

Office Angels is seeking a skilled Rebate Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reconciling supplier data to ensure accurate payback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the claim resolution process for assigned supplier lines, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Work closely with purchasing, data services, supplier relations, and suppliers to resolve claims and maintain justified claim dollars.
• Function as a liaison between teams to facilitate claim resolution and ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in claim resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the claim resolution process.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to bring other vendors into centralized support for claim reconciliation.
• Train and mentor junior team members to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Develop and run complex SQL queries to aid in research and analysis.
• Participate in regular supplier calls to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skills, with experience in data analysis and reconciliation.
• Ability to prioritize a busy workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
