Job Title: Cover Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team at a successful secondary school in Nottingham. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and minimizing disruption to others in the classroom.

About the Role:
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and work across all secondary subject areas
  • Support students in accessing the curriculum and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualifications of 5 GCSE passes at C Grade or above, including Maths and English
  • Previous experience working with 11-16 year olds
  • Positive attitude and desire to work in education
  • Confidence in managing behavior within a classroom setting
  • Passionate and hard-working individual with the capacity to work with a variety of ability students
