About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Priory Group, a leading provider of behavioral care and specialist support services. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care to individuals, respecting their autonomy, dignity, and rights.
  • Participate in the assessment of changing care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate programs of care in line with agreed policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and current trends in caring for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Ensure adherence to NMC standards for drug administration, storage, and handling of medication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive environment.
