About the Role:
The Marketing Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Grocery accounts, developing and implementing Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and driving brand forward and developing market/category share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own, manage and grow all Grocery accounts
- Develop and implement JBPs
- Forecasting
- Driving brand forward and developing market/category share
- Build exceptional relationships with all level of stakeholders
Requirements:
- Robust Grocery experience is essential, ideally with a major retailer
- Strong background as a National Account Manager (NAM) or Senior National Account Manager (SNAM)
- Ability to analyse customer and market data, then utilise these insights
- Exceptional commercial knowledge and forecasting capabilities
- Desire for growth, not just rolling accounts over
- Resilience, persistence and a tenacious approach to sales
