About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at SDL Property Auctions (Part of Eddisons). As a Sales Negotiator, you will be the main point of contact for our buyers, sellers, and estate agents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage properties from listing to sale, ensuring timely and efficient communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support buyers through the registration process, ensuring they are bid-ready and prepared for the auction.
  • Organize viewings and efficiently answerphone calls to provide excellent customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and agents, managing their expectations and providing regular updates.
  • Actively promote the use of our legal pack and conveyancing providers to meet monthly targets.
  • Identify ways to improve customer services and make recommendations to your line manager.
  • Work collaboratively with the administration team to obtain particulars for properties in a 'pre-marketing' status.
Requirements
  • 12 months experience in the property sector and a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Good standard of numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail.
