Your role will involve supporting the oversight of financial responsibilities to enhance profitability and manage expenses effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and presenting weekly financial performance and expenditure reports
- Overseeing the submission of daily completed tasks
- Understanding and applying the Schedule of Rates
- Assisting in the authorization and submission of project modifications to facilitate contract placements, subcontracting, and procurement of materials and equipment
- Collaborating with Operations & Planning to track project progress and changes in scope
- Supporting management in the subcontractor supply chain, including setup, final accounts, and applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who exhibit strong stakeholder engagement, initiative, and accountability. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Proficiency in Excel is crucial, including knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
Previous experience in cost estimation and involvement in projects from inception to completion, along with a solid understanding of framework agreements, is preferred.
