Job Role:

Stafforce is seeking a skilled Shunter Driver to join our team in the Scunthorpe area for our prestigious client. This is an excellent opportunity for a temporary-permanent position for the right candidate.

Working Times:

Start times are 6am, with finish times ranging between 2pm-5pm depending on requirements. Shifts are Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work to suit operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Shunter Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating locomotives and moving freight trains within the shunting yard. You will work closely with our team to ensure efficient train movements and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driving license and experience in operating heavy machinery. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
