About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Jedburgh service. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health concerns to live their daily lives. This may involve:

  • Supporting with medication
  • Encouraging individuals to maintain their own home and finances
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting individuals to be active in their community and build friendships
