We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to join our team at b3 Jobs Ltd. As a Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and advise on statutory regulations and company standards relating to good manufacturing practice, food safety, quality, and environmental hygiene.
- Promote and develop technical services to maintain AA BRC standings.
- Drive Food Safety culture on site.
- Write up and verify product specifications.
We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years' experience in retail audits and team management in the food industry. You should have a strong background in quality and technical functions, with a proven track record of leading audits and coaching teams.
In addition, you should have:
- Sound BRC experience and knowledge, having led audits.
- HACCP level 3 or 4 and TACCP/VACCP minimum level 2.
- Lead auditor training.
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and encourage.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £55,000, depending on experience, as well as an excellent package including 24-hour GP appointments, discounts, gym, and well-being scheme, plus relocation support of up to 6 weeks' accommodation.
